What is with all the extra charges on my bill? In all seriousness, the "Other Charges" section with fees is literally longer than the actual bill. They don't even try to hide it anymore.

I can share my experience. My parents live in the suburbs and they got Triple Play...$99 a month promotion. I live in downtown Boston...I gave a call and they told me the same package would be $129, even though they advertise $99 on TV for everyone. Upon asking why it'd be different, they told me it's because there is enough "DEMAND" in the city. WTF? That is soooo wrong!

Oh, my gosh, their DVRs are soooooo bad. way too much lag. I would click on a button, and it'd take minutes until that command is executed. I am not talking about a complex command. I am talking about pressing UP on the menu.

I would click on Fast Forward...then I'd keep pressing it because nothing happens. I try this for 3 minutes, and of course the show comes back on, and THEN it starts to fast forward. How can I work with this?

I hear your pain. Honestly, how did such a crappy hardware ever pass Quality ASsurance? I really don't get it.

I hope the CEO of the company uses it and says, "WTF?"

I can't believe noone has mentioned the complete monopoly they have. Whatever happened to Fios, DirectTV, RCN, etc! I can't get any of them at my house!

I have the same moto box. I have noticed a distinct difference in the response depending on what's being recorded.

Nothing being recorded: zippy as hell
One tuner recoring: yawn
Two tuners recording: press play button, get cup of coffee, run a few errands, come home, and maybe it will have started playing.
