So, just like everyone else, I work and get paid. For pay, I get direct deposit, but I still receive the payment statement with a check looking thing at the top. I am not sure what it says on real checks, but my check says, "NON-NEGOTIABLE".
WTF? Is there really a moron out there who thinks these things are "NEGOTIABLE?" "Oh, Jeez, someone wrote me a check for $200, but maybe it's actually $300. I might as well try."
Really...is this for the idiot who brings it to the bank and argues, or is it for the idiot at the bank who would take the check, and go, "hmm...so you are saying you want $100 more than it says on the check?"
