if you put me down every bloody day expect to be put down yourself every once in a while! You make me feel like shit and u do it on purpose. I hate that i have 2 step on egg shells around you just because u r a irritable person who has anger issues, get over ur self!! I can't believe its u i will be working with for the forseeable future, u make me question myself u god dam prick!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am not going to cover for the guy, but it's possible that the relationship is just fractured or there may be other areas you guys are not happy with. (and this affects other things like his mood)
