Troubled Neurosurgeon and Two Plumbers |

Imagine someone has trained to be a neurosurgeon all their life. So rather than getting him to perform the surgery, you hire two plumbers, tell them to have a go, and get the neurosurgeon to make sure they are doing OK, and fix up anything in the "unlikely event anything goes wrong".
Sounds stupid huh?
So why the hell did you take our flagship product, give it to two useless developers who have a history of writing crappy code, and then get me to to not only check and tell them whats wrong, but fix anything thats screwed up? Let's see: how about instead of paying one guy to X amount of work, we pay him twice as much to make his life miserable and get the same amount of work done in double the time. All so that we can additionally pay two useless dudes for screwing things up.
And you complain we don't have enough funding. Bloody hell.
