Wow, what can I say? What were they thinking when they named this organization? Didn't anyone notice the awkward acronym that reminds us of a female undegarment? Noticing that they actually refer to themselves as "BRA", I assume they are very proud of this clever naming scheme. I mean...did someone think this was hilarious when he though to fit? Was someone so naive that it was a cute sounding phrase? I just don't get it. http://www.cityofboston.gov/bra/
